"I want to start with a huge thank you! I was referred to them by my Morse Road Veterinary to have some further testing on my dog Riley. I called thinking they would be closed and got a call back around 5:30, from Melissa minutes later. She was so nice and said she could get Riley the following morning. I dropped him off, and the staff was great, but I had no idea what the outcome would be. I received a call from the vet, Dr. Kristen Schaefer, later in the afternoon. She was great at explaining everything to me and informed me I could pick him up, and we would talk in person. I was expecting the worst but Dr Schaefer was clear on what was happening and that I needed to an Internal medicine doctor. She referred me to 2 special care facilities on Friday. She also called me Saturday, on her day off, to check on Riley and to let me know all record/x-rays had been sent to both locations. I received a call from OSU early Monday and have an appointment on Tuesday. Thank you again My Vet Animal Hospital for giving Riley and me the best care."
